Main Point: Christianity is utterly unique, worth celebrating and needs to be shared with the world.

O come, Adonai, Lord of might,

Who to Thy tribes, on Sinai's height, In ancient times didst give the law

In cloud and majesty and awe. Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel Shall come to thee, O Israel.

1. Our God reveals Himself in history.

O come, Thou Key of David, come And open wide our heav'nly home;

Make safe the way that leads on high, And close the path to misery. Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel Shall come to thee, O Israel.

2. The Key to Heaven is not our good works—it’s our belief in the work of Jesus.

O come, Thou Dayspring, from on high, And cheer us by Thy drawing nigh;

Disperse the gloomy clouds of night, And death's dark shadows put to flight.

Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel Shall come to thee, O Israel.

3. The Bible presents the most authentic view of life…real people, real stuff.

O come, Thou Rod of Jesse, free Thine own from Satan's tyranny;

From depths of hell Thy people save, And give them victory o'er the grave.

Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel Shall come to thee, O Israel.

4. Jesus is the only religious leader to overcome death.

O come, O come, Emmanuel, And ransom captive Israel,

That mourns in lonely exile here, Until the Son of God appear. Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel Shall come to thee, O Israel.

5. God became one of us and God is with each of us.

Gift to Jesus Past: Share 3 times God worked in your history. Gift to Jesus Present: “I believe in what You did for me and rest in your grace.” Gift to Jesus Future: “Because You rose from the grave, so will I!”
