Happenings at SCLThe winter months have not slowed SCL’splanned activities. In November a creative, prayerful experience was enjoyed by participantswho attended the Gratitude Beads programpresented by Sue Swanson.

The October No-Sew Ornament programcontinued to bear fruit as members of the SecularServites used the skills learned to makeChristmas ornaments to sell for a fundraiser.

Creative and generous people have come toenjoy being together and sharing gifts and ideasin the monthly meetings of the Prayer Shawlgroup and Creative Community. New membersare always welcome and encouraged to join us.

New insights were gained through the DVD series on the FourWomen Doctors of the Church. Participants enjoyed thediscussions and sharing after viewing the videos andresponding to reflections on their own faith journeys.

Nicole is our new manager for the SCL website. She has givena new look to the site. You are encouraged to visit the site andgive us your input.
