School Holidays

Part 5:

Play dates in and around the house

We enjoyed a spontaneous visit from the Ezra-Rider family: Aden, Sahara and

Ariel joined us for a pizza lunch

We had the pleasure of entertaining Koren for a day, and Alma enjoyed her companion very much.

They played together really well, shared a love for fast paced cars and enjoyed morning tea.

When Alma had her day nap Koren kept himself happily busy for a very long time.

Koren did some drawings (he actually matched colours

between papers, stickers and pencils), jumped on the bed

enthusiastically, rolled on and off the big ball and fed the giraffe.

When Alma woke up they happily took turns feeding the giraffe and played more with the many vehicles

Koren also enjoyed painting with water and water colours

One of the pleasures of living in a street filled with kids and no driveways is the ability to play on the sidewalk

freely, zooming on scooters and bikes like “the good old days” – we’ll miss this when we move!

Hahgoot, Lily and Hayden enjoying the sidewalk in

style

Alma LOVES the scooter too!

She screams when she wants to ride it, demanding a turn

We had a fun play date at the Walsh family

Charlotte and Liam were fantastic hosts

And Mandy got a large art supplies box out to the yard for everyone to enjoy.

Alma was highly impressed by the family’s pets: rabbits!

Liam, who is very interested in Alma, did his best to behave as the perfect host

The girls enjoyed the craft materials

Alma loved the Walsh’s family backyard!

The swing set was so much fun, even Hahgoot was willing to give it a go

Charlotte can officially join the circus now...

The slide was also very popular

Cooling down with ice cream after lots of fun in the sun

Hahgoot and Charlotte’s secret society,In the second floor of her bunk bed.
