Anyone has same opportunity to complete his/her study

UT provides some learning support : printed n non printed material, face to face tutorial, online tutorial, OER, etc.

OER in UT : Website UT, ITV-UT, journals, digital library, Guru Pintar Online (GPO), Learning Object Material (LOM), UT Open Courseware
