DESCRIPTIONDuring this pandemic age, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has been taking different approaches to inspections, both generally and more specifically for COVID-19-related issues. In this webinar, the speakers will address these approaches as well as the COVID-19 issues OSHA is focusing on during workplace inspections. The speakers will also provide tips on how to both prepare for and manage such OSHA inspections in order to avoid or mitigate citations and potentially related claims of liability.
