- Pierre De Coubertin Pierre De Coubertin started the Olympics so
everyone could get into sport and to try hard and never give up.
The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not winning but
taking part; the essential thing in life is not conquering but
fighting well. The Olympic Games are for the world and all nations
must be admitted to them. In the Olympic Oath, I ask for only one
thing: sporting loyalty. All sports for all people. Swifter,
higher, stronger.

- To me its like a charm on a necklace or bracelet that never
comes off thats always with you, so no matter what every value will
stick by not only mine but your side to. So thats what it means to
me. From Emelia!!! To me the Olympic values are present life values
that stick with me all the time. They feel like glue stuck to me
and that they will not ever go away. I think that they will stick
to everyone and me though everything. From Eliya
