RHCC is a function, not just a place, to provide:

• Coordination of patient movement with EMS

• Situational Awareness & Common Operating Picture

• Logistics and material support for NVHA members

• Coordination with Virginia Department of Health (VDH) Emergency Communications Center

• Coordination with other NCR response agencies and hospitals such as Law Enforcement, Emergency Management and others.
