Hospitals need to help build online resources

60% of internet users are skeptical of online information, and 3% of internet users say they know someone who has

been harmed by information they found on the internet. (Fox, 2008)

Hospitals are doing PR, which is good.What they need to be doing is PE, if they want to be great
