Honorary Committee of Global Entrepreneurship Week in Poland
The Chairman of the Honorary Committee in Poland is Waldemar Pawlak, Deputy Prime Minister and Minster of Economy.
The invitation for Honorary Committee was accepted by Katarzyna Hall, Minister of Education
as well as by numerous politicians, entrepreneurs, educational organizations representatives, media people.
Four project modules
▲ Primary school (pupils aged 7-9) - „We get to know professions at the workplace”.
During excursion to a nearby company pupils acquaint themselves with several professions.
They prepare artistic works about it.
▲ Primary school (pupils aged 10-12) - „We get to know companies in our neighbourhood”.
During excursion to a nearby company pupils acquaint themselves with its functioning, technology, employees’ duties. They prepare wall newspaper or poster about institutions in the neighbourhood.
▲ Lower secondary school (students aged 13-15) - „Professions in my neighbourhood”.
During excursion to a nearby company pupils acquaint themselves with its duties and all the employment requirements – education, predispositions, skills. They prepare wall newspaper, poster, or manual about career planning.
▲ Upper secondary school (students aged 16-18) - „Business at the board”.
Meetings with local business representatives at schools.
The project helps students to:
▲explore job market in their home town,
▲find out about the various professions,
▲find out the rules of the company functioning,
▲plan their further educational and professional path,
▲connect their professional future with their home town.
