Using OpenStreetMap

Go to www.openstreetmap.org1

Sign-up for an account with your email address. Follow the instructions that you will receive in an e-mail confirmation.

Log-in with email address/username and password.3

In the search bar, type in the name of your municipality/city. Then, press Go.4

Press edit, then choose edit with Id(in-browse editor) 5

Select area for buildings, cursor transforms into a cross and then draw the outline of the building/house by clicking on the corners of the structure as seen in the satellite map.

Go to the left panel of the screen, and select the type of structure. 7

Fill in more details when possible(eg. name, address, number of floors) 8

Submit using the Save tab. 9

Complete it for your community. 10
