Year 1: September—October

• District Deliverables: – Verified the name and contact

information of your OrRTI point person– List of RTI District Leadership Team

members– “Read Only” access to your screening

and progress monitoring system• OrRTI Deliverables: – Your flow-through payments

Year 1: November – April• In-district trainings conducted–Consensus building– Infrastructure– Skill Development

• Site visits from the OrRTI team• EBIS/RTI Handbook

• Screening & 100% Meetings due Jan. 27, 2012

Year 1: April & May, 2012• April 27, 2012– District Implementation Plan

– Part I draft due– EBIS/RTI Handbook

– Intervention Planning due

• May, 2012– Districts receive final implementation feedback– Final flow-through payments are distributed

• Contingent upon completion of Implementation Plan, RTI Handbook, Spring DIETs

Year 2• District continues development, training,

implementation, and fidelity checks– All of year 1 systems– Tier II & III interventions– Progress Monitoring– Data analysis and application of decision rules– Revisit consensus building

• District implements RTI system, including LD identification when appropriate

Years 3 – 5 • Continue with Full Implementation of

all systems

• Revisit Consensus
