Seminar – at a Glance: 08th March 2018 is to be observed as The International
Women’s Day. Therefore to have the correct picture and ground
reality of the status, reputation and respect that an Indian women is
enjoying in the society must be carefully observed, studied and
analyzed in the interest of justice to such Indian Women who are
suffering ill-treatment, torture, harassment, domestic violence, eve
teasing, molestation, victim of rape etc.. For a meaning full and result
oriented positive effect emanating from the outcome of the above
seminar we have included various events, workshops & different
types of activities for all sections of the society in the interest of the
nation in true sense.
Our objectives are crystal clear, aims as strong as an iron pillar,
our target fixed like Arjun sword on the fish eye – We are heading
towards development of the Nation in true sense. Our motive is clear
we are looking at enlightenment of each one every one everywhere.
But it is also the hard fact that we cannot achieve our mission without
your whole hearted support and help in this noble cause. This support
can only come you’re your honest & sincere efforts which is only
possible only and only, if you have the willingness which must come
from within the heart of each one everyone everywhere. With your
support we are destined and firmly determined to bring a
revolutionary change in the Indian society besides keeping intact our
rich exclusive Bharatiya Art & Culture.
Time has come to rise above all odds, sideline and forget the
religious and caste creed related issues and factors and join hands with
together, unite to bring the strongest Bharat on the top of the world
map. We all must now understand that this is the time to unite in one
voice and one rhythm for the sake of humanity humanity and only

Awards & Prizes:
This seminar is to encourage communication skills, debates, argument
skills, interrogation power, writings and lectures in Hindi and English
language in particular in order to inculcate sense of nationalization for
our country Bharat through Hindi and a strong urge to compete in the
global scenario through English and contribute to globalization to the
best of our efforts in the interest of our nation. This seminar is also
focused mainly towards restitution and restoration of human rights
and values, specifically the women rights to ensure a dignified and
respectable living for each women, every women everywhere.

Chairman of each Committee shall have to claim their eligibility
before the Convener of the Seminar for the consideration of the
message of their group.

PROCESS OF SELECTION FOR AWARDS:
For events mentioned at Sl. Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21:
Top 3 candidates as winners shall be produced by the Chairman nominated for the event
and as recommended by the Jury members duly authenticated under the seal and signature
of the Hon’ble Principal of the concerned College before the Convener of Seminar on or
before 5th March, 2018 as final lists of their College. These finalists of the College shall
have to take part in the finals on 8th March, 2018 at 9 am along with requisite document
explained above in their respective rooms mentioned in the brochure after duly receiving
their registration number for the finals at Visakha Govt. Degree College, old Jail road,
Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Recommendation of each deserving student under the category mentioned must be sent by
the Hon’ble Principal under his seal and signature on the official letter head of the
concerned College to the Chairman, Seminar – Principal, Vishakha Govt. PG & Degree
College for Women, for Presenting the Awards. Kindly note that the Hon’ble Principal is
also requested to kindly forward all the requisite and verified documents and evidences,
witnesses collected and obtained for the purpose of recommendation. It is also requested
that the Honble Principal may kindly forward the valid identity proof and address proof of
student recommended along with the above documents and recommendations for the
purpose of presenting the award.
Special Attraction for Students:
FETE organized on 8th March, 2018:
Minimum 10 cubicles with stall of various games for entertainment for students and guests
only available for various games and sale of novelties and handicrafts manufactured by poor
sections of the society.

The seminar is an effort to encourage and inculcate the feeling of reformation of the society with respect to various types of social evils with respect to women atrocity. In order to create interest and willingness within the youth of this nation the organizers of the seminar have decided to present awards to encourage the students and youth power of this nation.

Guide Lines for Entry, Registration, Performance & Presentation, Subject & Topic
Subject & Topic
1. Topic and subject of presentation of all research papers, articles, stories and others to
be presented by any author should strictly be within the boundary limits of ‘atrocity,
harassment, torture, molestation, rape, child marriage effect of orthodoxism and ways
and means to curb such menace from the society.
2. The author can compare his study, research, experience through literature or practical
experience with the present condition and status of women suffering such menace in
this society.
3. It would be appreciable if the author in his presentation gives his suggestion regarding
ways and means to be adopted/can be adopted to end this social evil. Please note that
the marks shall be given for the purpose of award giving, on this ground.
4. Marks shall also be given to authors for effecting meaningful and successful conclusion
of their presentation suggesting steps to be initiated to eradicate such social evil.
5. Since it is a national seminar kindly note that the authors presenting their papers in
Hindi and English shall be entitled for 5 points by default.
6. The Jury members for Hindi presentations shall be headed by Professor RamPrakash,
Head of the Dept. of Hindi, SV University, Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh, chairman
nominated for Hindi Jurist Committtee.

8. All Events to be organized in every college individually and independently from 18th
February 2018.
9. The Finalists shall have to send in their nominations from their respective Colleges on
the basis of their selection in the college competition, its result, duly forwarded by the
Chairman of the event duly authenticated by the Hon’ble Principal of respective
colleges to the Chairman of the Seminar.
10. All Events to be organized by Event Chairman individually to be appointed for each
Event separately.
11. Each Chairman – for each Event shall be Nominated by the Convener of the Seminar.
