Our Animal Discoveries

As our final assessment for our unit on Interconnectedness, the children took on the role of a scientist. As a scientist, they discovered a new species of animal and created a field guide to share what they

had learned about their animal. Their field guides included: its

characteristics, life cycle, food chain, where it lives in the world and in which

habitat(s), and how it protects itself.
