“Has none but this foreigner returned to give thanks to
God?” LUKE 17:1
Most of us live “easy” lives. We have food, shelter and
clothing. We go on vacation every year and own a car or
two. Most of us take this all for granted. Did you ever
notice that people with the least amount of possessions are
usually the most grateful? Stewardship can turn this
around. Take time everyday and thank God for all He has
given you.

PERPETUAL ADORATION
ADORERS NEEDED All lives are special and loved by God, our Creator. That
is why we were created to return
His love. Turn to Jesus present in
the Holy Eucharist upon our altar
and pray for all His creation
especially the most helpless in
society. Millions of aborted babies
have had their innocent lives taken
for reasons of inconvenience, shame
fear, etc. We may wonder which
ones were endowed by God with the
ability to bring world peace, cure
diseases, aid our climate or perhaps
abolish hunger. Come before our Eucharistic Jesus and
ask Him for His Father’s mercy upon all who have had or
aided in an abortion. Ask Him to enlighten us as to the
integrity of all innocents. Bring our children into His
presence and teach them that every life is loved by God
even the seemingly most insignificant.
ADORERS, PLEASE PRAY FOR OUR NATION AND
ALL NATIONS THAT CONSIDER ABORTION AS A
REPRODUCTIVE OPTION. PRAY WE MAY ATONE
FOR THESE ATROCITIES AND HELP THOSE TINY
SOULS. THANK YOU.

THAT TIME OF YEAR –AND
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Bingo cannot run without
VOLUNTEERS! Can you commit to 3 hours of
Service, on Friday evening once a
month to help Our Lady of Sorrows
Church? It only takes 4 people in the kitchen to
help with:
preparing sandwiches
selling candy, sodas, pretzels, etc. to
the bingo players before the games
begin
selling pizza on their break during the
night.
The kitchen brings in approximately
$150-$200 a night. We need 4 people to work on the Bingo
game floor:
picking up the papers after each game
verifying the cards when bingo has
been called
assisting the players when needed.
ONCE A MONTH Please call the Parish office at
609-927-1154 and leave your name and
phone number so our Bingo Coordinator
can put you on her schedule and explain
what she will need you to do.
Bingo brings in $800 to $1100 a week
$52,800 a year! Pull tabs (an instant
winner card) brings in $19,680 a
year! Total $72,480 raised per year. These funds are used to help cover our
Catholic School Subsidy and Parish
Expenses.
Would you be able to donate an item or a service to be
put into our Gift Basket Prizes? That would be a great
help to us. If you are willing to make a donation,
please call the Parish Office 927-1154, and let us
know. Thank you.
