We make it to Matenwa!!! It looks just like the pictures.

Some Images from Matenwa School

Some faces of the Matenwa. It is all about the children.

Our Hosts and now life long friends, the Cajuste Family This is Janose.

This is my friend Robert CaJuste – Just about the best man I know.

SOPHIA - A natural beauty, just like her momma.

Flooly - Lovely, quiet hard working and just a little bit mischievous.

Shooly - The litle girl we never had ourselves. Fun, fearless and a joy in every way.

Sunday after church, all the Neighbors come over. Of course thay are always welcomed with love.

The Boat Ride HomeHaving missed the “modern” ferry. We got a chance to ride on the wooden transport ferry/sailboat/freighter. It leaves when enough riders show up to make it worth the captains while. In this case, it took about 2 hours.

Waiting for the boat to leave. It’s hot out there in the sun.

Finally we are on our way!

Hoisting the mainsail. The boom and mast are made from entire tree trunks!

Back to the mainland. Our Welcome Committee. Dada, Jagat and Vishwa. More adventures to come soon!!!

Back on the Main Island!!!! We made it – What a trip we had.
