Our Story:Celebrating 10 Years Of Success

The UK College of Personal Development was founded in 2003, and incorporated as a limited company in 2008.Back then, we were called

Actually, we have been called a few different things:

The Institute of Human Achievement

Over the years the college has grown, moving premises 4 or 5 times as it grew and expanded the services it offered.

Our logo has changes as well

And our promotion material has changed somewhat

In the beginning, the idea was for a group of like minded people to work together to do something positive with the knowledge and experience they had.

In the 10 years we have been operating, the mission statement has always been the same:

To create a space that enables people to think, to provide high quality training that inspires and give students the resources to reflect on their learning

and make it their own.

With these words ringing in our ears we set about gaining the accreditations and to work with the professional bodies to improve the student experience.

Currently, we are Accredited / Organisational Members of the following Professional Bodies / Accrediting Bodies.

The International Association for NLP

The Association for Coaching

The Institute for Leadership & Management

We focus on quality delivery, providing the very best environment and support: For us, the entire student experience must be one of the best they have ever had.

Here are just some of the things we think will make a positive difference to your studying experience:Qualified and experienced tutors High quality training manuals and other support material Comfortable bespoke training rooms (not anonymous hotel or conference rooms)
