The outlet boom in Spain started at FACTORY Madrid Las Rozas in 1996. NEINVER launched a pre-viously unknown concept in the Spanish market, and it prospered quickly. The centre’s success has been honoured twice for “Best Launching of a Shopping Centre” and for “Best Development of a New Integrated Retail Concept”, by the AECC (Spanish Association of Shopping Centres).
It is located in the northwest part of the Greater Madrid Region, an area with more purchasing power than almost any other part of the region. Its potential market includes 5.7 million people. To meet its clients’ demands, it was enlarged and refurbished in 2006 to provide a comfortable atmosphere brimming with sunlight. This brought in the Inditex Group and its two widespread brands: Zara and Massimo Dutti.
The centre is easily accessible by car. Just a 20 minute drive from Madrid’s city centre, it features access from the A6 motorway and the M503 ring road and is served by commuter trains and a num-ber of bus lines.

Getafe is notable as the fastest-growing area in the southern part of the Greater Madrid Region, and is known for the successful, distinguished companies that do business there.
FACTORY Madrid Getafe has the region’s widest offering of outlets. The figures are spectacular: 21,300 sq.m. and 66 shops featuring the brands most sought after by young consumers.Its success is indisputable and it has been expanded three times. Some 6,000 sq.m. are occupied by the shop El Corte Inglés Centro de Oportunidades.
The centre is located at the intersection of the A4 with the M45 and the M50, and serves a catchment area exceeding 5.7 million people.
Other strong points: The centre has excellent public transport links. It is part of the NASSICA Retail and Leisu-re Park, which features a wide range of shopping and leisure options (twenty-screen multiplex cinema, more than 20 restaurants, bowling centre, Carrefour hypermarket and Leroy Merlin DIY centre).

FACTORY Madrid San Sebastián de los Reyes is the market leader and features the largest commercial mix in Spain, with more than 100 shops.
Ever since it opened in 2006, its top fashion brands have attracted millions of shoppers. This is why in 2008 it was awarded the MAGDUS prize (European Factory Outlet Observatory) and the AECC award (Spanish Association of Shopping Centres) for “Best Development of a New Integrated Retail Concept”.
In addition, the centre is part of the large ALEGRA shopping and leisure complex, featuring the second biggest Decathlon in Europe (10,600 sq.m.), over 20 restaurants, a bowling centre and a huge range of options for children and teenagers. This is the most significant factor to create synergies.
Road infrastructures are another competitive advantage. The centre has good public transport links by tube and via buses from Madrid. It is also located at the intersection of the A1 with the M50 and the R2.

Seville is the largest, most populous city in Andalusia. Sevilla The Style Outlets is an outstanding retail centre for the city, the largest such centre in the region, offering the best selection of fashion brands.
From September 2012, FACTORY Sevilla is known as Sevilla The Style Outlets and it´s integrated into the international outlet centre platform The Style Outlets. These upgrades include expanding the retail space by 1,171 sq.m. and giving the centre a new 469 sq.m. entry plaza.
The centre is located in a major business district that is undergoing significant urban growth, guaranteeing a steady flow of shoppers. It is just a five minute drive from the city of Seville. Regular bus service provides links to the city centre. This outlet centre is extremely easy to reach and is close to the airport.

FACTORY Warsaw Ursus is an essential fashion destination in itself for several reasons: it was the first outlet centre in Poland, it has always relied on the newest European fashion brands, and from the very first day it became a can’t-miss venue for all fashion consumers in Warsaw.

Vila do Conde is an auspicious location surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean. Its beaches and rich history lure millions of tourists every year.
The centre is situated in one of Portugal’s fastest growing regions, with a per capita income twice that of the rest of the country. That is why this FACTORY outlet centre was set up in 2004, intended as a benchmark centre. Two years later it was honoured by the ICSC as the “Best European Outlet Centre”. Today its outright success has prompted the second expansion phase, doubling the sales space to 28,750 sq.m. and 140 shops, and positioning the centre as the leader in the northern part of the country.

Style comes to the heart of Europe: located in Alsace -the second wealthiest region in France, after Paris- and near the German border.
