Stage 2: Make a presentation about a Kumamoto-related topic, using the blog posts from Stage 1 to help

At least 6 slides The slides should contain some English phrases

and sentences. But don’t write long paragraphs. Use simple, clear English, taking care to follow

basic grammatical patterns, e.g. S-V-O, S-V-C. Use pictures as appropriate. Make sure there is some kind of organization, so

that it is easy for you to make an essay based on your presentation.

Stage 3: Write an essay about Kumamoto, based on your presentation from Stage 2.

At least 3 paragraphs

Follow the organization of your presentation. Use simple, clear English, taking care to follow

basic grammatical patterns, e.g. S-V-O, S-V-C.
