WHAT IS SUCTION EXCAVATION?

SUCTION EXCAVATION

The process of lifting and removing material by means of air flow.• Using air removes the need for water, dump sites, and messy excavations• Dry materials can be used for backfill

SUCTION EXCAVATION• Dry

• Using air removes the need for water, dump sites,

and messy excavations

• Dry materials can be used for backfill

• Fan Technology (Patented)• Creates over 24,000 CFM

(depending on configuration)

• Proven European Technology • German Engineering; in use in over 40 countries

Air flows through the boom, through a series of filters and cyclone technology to remove sediment and dust.

Air is released through the top of the box, through more filters and sound dampeners to keep excavations safe for public spaces.

SUCTION EXCAVATION EQUIPMENT

• Truck based, PTO driven, high capacity• Comes equipped on North American chassis

• Filter Technology• Keeps dust levels at a minimum for cleaner/safer air quality• Self cleaning filters mean peak performance on each job

• High tip Dump• Dump materials on site or into roll offs/ trucks

• Air Tools• Compressed air is used to break up tough soils

• Mechanical Digging (IKE)• A hydraulically rotating extension the can be used to speed up excavations

when situations allow.

• Boom Specifications:• Various boom lengths• 10 inch diameter hose• multiple flexible joints• 180 degree swivel• Remotely controlled

• Excavator/truck/manpower all in one unit

• Breaking, suction, and transport requires just one vehicle. Not just a big hydro-vac, but a new way to excavate safely.

FAN TECHNOLOGY

• Suction excavation equipment utilizes various fan configurations

• Single, twin-fan, triple-fan, orquadruple fan technology

• Generates significantly higher flow rates compared to hydro vac technology

FILTER TECHNOLOGY

• Patented 3 stage system

• Large volumes and surfaces together with the shortest airflow route

• 98% of the material is separated and falls in to the container before the reduced airflow reaches the filter system

Conical Polyester Filter Cartridge• Filters are maintained with automatic,

integrated self-cleaning system

• Dust falls into lower filter chamber and stays there

FILTER TECHNOLOGY

SIDE TIP / DUMP

• Empty materials into roll-off bins, at land-fill, or on-site for reuse as backfill.
