PACRA Comes to Rescue Portland Cement Zambia

The Patents and Registration Agency (PACRA) made an immediate decision of reversing an alteration which was made in its register with regard to Portland Cement Zambia.

The Ventriglia family forced a junior officer in Kitwe Office to make changes in the shareholding pattern, without taking a prior approval from the court.

When the information reached PACRA, the changes were immediately readjusted and ensured that the records remained as earlier.
