Jesus heals the Paralyzed Man

One day, a long time ago, there was a paralyzed man. That means, he couldn’t walk.

Jesus was preaching in a town, and he was known for healing people. While Jesus was talking, a group a men came carrying the paralyzed man.

They were trying to

get through the crowds

so Jesus could heal

their friend.

After trying many times to get to Jesus, they tried something else.

They went on the rooftop of the house Jesus was preaching at. The men cut a rectangle out of the roof, and lowered their friend in front of Jesus.

After seeing that they believed, Jesus forgave the paralyzed man’s sins, and he could walk again!
