range of shopping and leisure facilties, new

open streets and squares and a 600

Patrick Griffin, Director of Sutton Griffin Architects: "Our understanding of provincial and historic towns and BDP's expertise in creating high quality architecture in retail led developments have played a critical role. This development is exactly what Newbury needs to reinvigorate the town for the benefit of its local community as well as attracting visitors to boost the local economy."
