Objective: Centralize existing information on market-based approaches to mitigation

Focus: Primarily, the 6 components of the technical work program; additional resources on 3 market mechanisms

Methodology:

Identify relevant academic and technical publications

Include a 2-3-sentence summary to provide readers with a quick overview of publications’ content

Classify literature under two main categories: Technical Papers and Case Studies

Recommendation: Mark PMR publications with the PMR logo
