people within your business to create a parts list but have someone else place the order.

in PartStore

• There can be multiple Authority Manager’s at your business

• Authority Mgr at your business assigns PartStore users to authority levels

• All people involved in order must have a PartStore account

• Authority can be assigned at a dollar value

• By default all PartStore users at your business will have ability to order without an approver until it is changed by authority mgr

• Approvers submit part’s orders

• Approvers can be Authority Mgrs or anyone else the Authority Manager decides has approval power
