many of which are useless.

•Some may not be harmful, false advertising

claims give people unrealistic expectations

about the benefits this product can provide.

consumption. Such a product is usually is

unnecessary and harmful.

o Often produced as syrups, powder, or tablets.

o Sold in health store or through mail.
