Tables 1-7 Each Table will be sent to the IU for Verification

At the request of an IU, PSU will send a verification file that includes: Student ID, Last Name, First Name, Birth Date, and Disability

Things to Remember

Due Date: July 12, 2002 Naming Convention: Student_IU**_Date.txt

** equals IU number Date equals Month Year (example – Dec2002)

How many students are you adding? The files should be zipped into one file

Naming convention - IU**_Date.zip ** equals IU number Date equals the date the file was sent (example – July122002)

Do not update any data items except Items 18 & 19 IU is responsible for the accuracy of their data
