Introduction.

Within organizations you may find that organizational and personal objectives do not always coincide, however, the understanding of these objectives and the compatibility between them can be critical to the success of the organization.

Personal goals.

•Interests of the person.

How the organizations see to the people?

• Natural work as fun and relaxation.

• Potecialidad in people.

• They are seeking responsibilities

• They learn.• They possess

imagination and creativity that can be applied to work.

• He does not like to work and avoid if possible.

• Unaccountable.• Few ambitions.• It should threaten

and force workers to give results.

Expectations: People vs. Organization.

People and conflicts PEOPLE: satisfy their needs and meet their goals.

CONFLICT: When expectations are not met.

CONFLICT TYPES:

Interpersonal: we have conflicts with others for lack of sociability, empathy or low emotional intelligence.

Intrapersonal: It is something that happens to a person with himself. You may have to do with his personality, both inferiority complex or superiority among others.

Intragroup: happens between groups, these conflicts are common in organizations and hinder coordination activities.

How to resolve a conflict?

Analyze it

Design solutions

Choice of solution

Conclution. It is important that people know what is expected of them organization; organizations must also know how they are perceived by their employees and what they expect these.

They are people with human values, knowledge and skills who will help the objectives of the organization are met.
