View Reports: Immediate results for disaggregation

View Reports

• Quickly identify which items are challenging the majority of students in the classroom (see # 8)

View Reports

• View Item Response Detail to understand how students are answering each question.

Check Point

Site Hierarchy & Navigation

System Navigation: Site Hierarchy

• An Achievement Series site can contain several levels of organization.

• The graphic below shows how the Alabama site is structured.o State (only one allowed)o Regions (multiple allowed)o School Systems (multiple allowed)o Schools (multiple allowed)

• Achievement Series allows up to five levels in an organization.

• You can administer different elements at each level.

• Any level above the school level functions like a district.

System Navigation: Access Levels/Staff Roles• Along with having multiple levels in the site hierarchy, there are also staff access

levels.• A Location Controller can perform all tasks at a location.

– For security reasons, keep the number of location controllers at a location to a minimum.

• A Location Controller Staff can perform all tasks at a location, except tasks requiring a deletion.

• An Administrator has full viewing/reporting and item/test creation capabilities at a location, but cannot create/edit students or staff.

• A Teacher w/out Student Edit can view just the students and classes they have been assigned to, but cannot create/edit students.

• A Teacher w/ Student Edit can view just the students and classes they have been assigned to, but can create/edit students.

• A Data Entry level person has creating/editing/deleting capabilities to allow most common data entry tasks.

• A Test Operator can perform tasks related to the test taking logistics of the system.

• A Consultant must be assigned to projects for any rights.
