PERSONAL TRAINER PROFILEAbout MeComing from an athletic family it was only natural for me to continue on the health and fi tness path. I am a fully qualifi ed PT and Gym Instructor and through my teens I was selected to compete in rowing for the British Commonwealth, unfortunately, I had to step away due to an injury. Since then I have trained in Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA and have now found and compete in CrossFit. I am very fortunate to have personal trained for 4 years all over and in completely different gyms, in New York City, Boston and Scotland, in fi ghting, commercial, body building and CrossFit gyms, giving me a wide range of knowledge and experience in different environments, sport and fi tness.

Given my experience, I am able to offer different styles of training and will be able to make your program specialised and unique to you, so you are able to fi t it around your lifestyle, while progressing with your fi tness and body goals.
