Phirni (Rice Pudding) Recipe

Ingredients

• Milk: ½ liter• Soaked Rice: 3 tbsp• Saffron: A pinch• Sugar: ½ cup• Pistachio: To garnish• Small Cardamom: 1

Boil the milk

Reduce it by 1/4th

Grind the soaked rice coarsely

Add rice paste to the reduced milk

Add sugar, saffron and cardamom powder

Mix everything well. Rice pudding is ready

Set the rice pudding in individual dishes and garnish with pistachio
