Working with Imported Pictures

Remove Black Border

This feature will crop the imported pictures to get rid of empty space around the edges. Useful to avoid empty space around pictures not proportional to the final movie.

PhotoStory will suggest a cropping. You can say yes to that crop or adjust the crop yourself. If you say yes to all it will take every photo in your timeline that it feels needs cropping and cut it. You can, if you only click yes and no, selectively pick which photos get cropped. When this finishes, you are done with the import and arranging screen. Click Next.

Titles and Picture Effects/ Narration

Arrow buttons change picture order. X deletes picture. To put a title on another picture, click/select the picture.

The next screen allows voice narration. Select the picture to narrate. Click the red record button to begin. Click the stop. Select another picture if needed and repeat. To delete from a picture, click the delete button

Customize Motion PhotoStory will automatically make pictures pan and zoom, however you can customize pan and zoom yourself.

This is how PhotoStory sets the pan and zoom effect for this picture, but we want to start with a closeup of the baby face and then zoom out to the entire picture.
