PlanReadingCompetitionOverviewThePlanReadingCompetitionchallengestheStudentChapters’abilitytoreadandinterpretvarioussetsofengineeringandconstructionplans.Pointswillbeawardedforeachcorrectanswer(allquestionswillbeweightedequallyunlessotherwisenoted),andtheplacementofthecompetingteamswillbebasedonthehighestnumberofcorrectanswersreceivedintheshortestamountoftime.Thisabilityshallbedemonstratedduringatimedtestinwhichtheteamattemptstocorrectlyanswerasmanyquestionsaspossible.EligibilityEachStudentChapterwillbeallowedtohaveuptothree(3)membersonthePlanReadingTeam.Allmembersmustbecurrentundergraduatestudents.Teamsarenotallowedtosolicithelpfromindividualsnotparticipatingasteammembers;otherwisetheteamwillbedisqualified.Allmembersofeachteammustreportpromptlytothetestinglocationatthetimeofthecompetition.Teamsorteammembersthatarrivelatewillnotbeallowedinthecompetition.ResourcesEachteamwillbeallowedtobringthefollowingitemsintothecompetitionroom,only:
