Maidan is intended to help connect the various Indian S4D organizations doing valuable work with children, youth and communities. It is a voice through which effective innovation and outstanding work in sport for development will be highlighted. The magazine carries Sport for Development insights from India and around the world and serves to facilitate productive shared dialogue between practitioner agencies. It will find its readership amongst those who are passionate about sport and we hope it will evoke increasing interest in the power of sport as a tool for human development and change.
