Built in 1988 with classic elements and traditional
detailing, Resurgens Plaza, now known as the Plaza, is
undergoing a large-scale renovation and rebranding
project to re-establish its grand, upscale image in a
competitive class A office building market.
A new, upscale brand identity was developed that
features the architectural details and attributes of
this iconic building. state-of-the-art graphics were
then developed for its new marketing suite that offer
a glimpse of the renovations to come.

PM Realty Group brought new life into the marketing
of tower Place 200. the goal was to generate new
interest for this amenity-rich property in the center of
Buckhead. having recently been taken into receivership
by cW capital Asset Management, leasing goals also
included efforts to increase occupancy to a level that
positioned the building for sale.

the fountains at
Piedmont center Office Park was developed in the
late 1970’s and consists of 3 building quads and two
freestanding buildings.
While each quad is marketed separately by its
respective owner, it is still marketed as Piedmont
center. however, each quad maintains its own
brand look for marketing materials. Buildings nine,
ten, Eleven and twelve are owned by American
Realty Advisors (ARA) and are managed and leased
by PM Realty Group.
having just completed major renovations in its
courtyard area, building systems and marketing
conference center, new marketing materials were
developed to revitalize and reposition the ARA
quad as the best choice at Piedmont center and
within the Buckhead office market.
in keeping with the revitalization and repositioning
of the buildings, Piedmont center 9-12 now
differentiates itself as the Fountains at Piedmont
center with a tagline – Where Business style
Meets Life style. this new identity reflects ARA’s
investment in its new designer fountains, art
sculptures, landscaping and interior upgrades.
PMRG developed new marketing materials to revitalize and reposition the ARA quad as the best choice at Piedmont center.

northridge center is a two-building office complex
located in the central Perimeter sub-market offering
direct access to GA-400 and i-285.
With the probable move-out of a major tenant, kBs capital
engaged PMRG’s proven team of leasing professionals
for northridge center. Given the low vacancy rate in the
sub-market and the lack of new projects being delivered
in 2011, PMRG recommended property improvements to
freshen this comfortable office environment, as well as,
the development of a comprehensive marketing plan to
reintroduce it to the Atlanta brokerage community.

improvements for an impressive sense of arrival. the
addition of themed, eco-friendly car and bicycle stations
were completed on a timely basis to meet the needs of
environmentally conscious commuters and created a
strong point of difference for northridge center.
A new, highly visible Marketing center was designed in
the lobby area of northridge center i and graphically
communicated northridge center’s stability of ownership,
improved property attributes and its abundant amenity
base. PMRG kicked off the new marketing campaign
with a broker Wine and dine event in the new Marketing
center. Ongoing leasing efforts were supported by
branded marketing collateral that positioned northridge
