Backed by many years of experience inlaser material processing, ROFIN offersyou broad range of lasers for micro mate-rial processing.The ROFIN PowerLine F30 Long Pulse is acompact, operator-friendly, easy-to-handlelaser processing system with very lowmaintenance requirements. It combineshigh pulse energy at relatively long pulsewidth with the lowest cost of ownership.By using optimal pulse length, high pulseenergy and high TEMoo average power,the ROFIN PowerLine F30 LP realizes highprocessing speeds, e.g. of less than1 sec/wafer for trepanning drilling onMWT solar cells. Another applicationexample is percussion drilling of thin filmmetal foils, e.g. battery foil perforationand marking applications.The PowerLine F 30 LP comes with ascanning head, numerous options inbeam expanders and flat field lenses aswell as the VisualLaserMarker software(VLM). VLM is a “what you see is whatyou get“ type software and offers theflexibility to be simple to use and yetpowerful. VLM is able to fully integrateinto any production software and is0configured to handle all commoncommunication methods.
