First things First

• To view/present the slide show click on the icon at the bottom of the screen.

• To exit the show, hit Esc the key.• To continue the show at a particular slide,

click on the slide and then the icon.

Working with Slides

• To add text, first create a text box (InsertText).• To delete a text box, click on the boundary of the box

and hit Delete.• To make your text box pretty, go to

HomeDrawingQuick Styles• To make your text appear one line at a time (like in this

Musical Soundtrack• Save or “rip” the music to your

computer (consider copyright!).

• Go to the first slide.• InsertSoundFrom File• Browse for the music, click OK• Choose “Automatically” when

prompted.• In CD Audio Tools menu, check

“Loop until stopped” and “Hide during show”, and for “Play Track” choose “Play Across Slides.”

Narration• InsertSoundRecord

Sound• Click the red Record button• Click the square to stop• Click OK• Drag the icon to where you

want it.

You can also add a control to play media files (Developer tab- similar to YouTube Video process)
