Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are financial and non-financial metrics used toquantify objectives that were set by the organization. It will measure the performanceand achievement of the organization.The KPIs of the organization are cascaded down from top management to allemployees. The management shall monitor these KPIs monthly and take correctiveactions if the KPIs are not met. These KPIs will be linked to employee performancemanagement system
