platform consolidating 18 worldwide centres into 2 UK locations and align it to a
payments shared service. It includes tactical solutions for quick wins in parallel to
the strategic outcomes. Work from creating the project terms of reference to
validating the functional requirements to business acceptance.
MasterCard Worldwide, Smart Card and Contactless
Performed process analysis and improvements of customer facing processes for
deployment and testing in the Smart Card (Chip) and Contactless (PayPass) areas for
acquirers, issuers and vendors. Outcomes included reduction in customer delivery
time, outsourced processes to Service Provider and the introduction and training of
permanent staff on process modelling methodologies.
