Acts: the Spread of the Kingdom DVD series with
talks by Jeff Cavins. This Bible study explores the story of the early church in light of the Holy Spirit and demonstrates how this story is important for all Dis-ciples of Christ. Learn how the Church accomplishes the monumental task of teaching, preaching, healing and restoring outcasts with the Holy Spirit working with and through Her, and how you are also called to participate in the King-dom of God. Enrich and deepen your faith as you learn how the Apostles continued Christ’s mission on earth through the Power of the Holy Spirit. Starts Sunday, September 25 at 7:00 pm or Thursday, September 29 at
1:00 pm. Sign sheet in gathering area or for more info call Brenda 530-1412.
Baptism Preparation Next session is Tues. Oct. 4 at 7 pm. Call Val 306-924-2602 to register. Fee is $20.
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
The RCIA is a process for adults seeking initiation into the Catholic Church. Weekly gatherings consist of prayer and sharing as we come to discover where God is calling each individual. The process is open to those:
not baptized
baptized in another denomination now seeking to make a profession of faith in the Catholic Church and be confirmed and receive Holy Eucharist
baptized Catholics who have not completed their Christian Initiation (have not been Confirmed and/or have not received First Eucharist)
Catholics wanting to learn more about their faith are encouraged to participate in any of the other faith enrichment programs being offered in our parish.
The RCIA journey involves the faith community as a whole by deepening its own conversion to Christ and by providing a prayerful example of Christian living for those inquiring into the Catholic faith.
For children 7 years and older who have not been baptized, we have RCIA for Children beginning Thursday, September 29 at 7:00 p.m.
For more information regarding RCIA for adults or
children, contact Val Magnuson at 306-924-2602.
LIFE CHAIN is on Sunday, October 2 from 2-3 PM at the corner of Albert and College (in the lawn at the Royal Sask Museum). Join us for one hour of prayer for the preborn. Prayer is our most powerful weapon in this culture of death. Registration begins at 1:30 PM. Refreshments and fellowship at 3 PM. Hosted by Regina Pro-Life.
Youth Group resumes Thurs. Oct. 6, 7 to 8:30 pm
(grades 6 to 8) with theme “Epic Universe”.

Annual Appeal
The 2016 Annual Appeal has officially begun! The "Appeal Year" runs from January to December, with the public campaign in the Fall. You may donate to
the Appeal throughout the year--at Holy Trinity we have the opportunity to distribute our donations through the year by using the monthly offering envelope in our envelope boxes or selecting the "Annual Appeal" account on the Canada-Helps electronic giving website which is linked to our par-ish's website. You may also just choose to make a one-time donation during this Fall Campaign. The various op-tions for making a donation are available so that you may contribute to the mission of the church in our midst in a way that correlates to your ability.
You may have already received information on this year's Appeal with your personal donation cards. If you do not receive one in the mail, there are extra pledge cards/brochures in the Gathering Area.
Giving is one way we have of both growing the Church, and deepening our Spiritual lives. Allow God's own generosity to bear abundant fruit through your gift as you support your Church in the Archdiocese of Regina.
To date Holy Trinity has raised over $11,000 of its
$50,000 goal.
