Synopsis

• The product that we are advertising are Skittles. We are trying to portray that skittles make people happy, and generally make everything better. The beginning of the advert will be all black and white, symbolizing sadness. The after the child eats skittles, the world becomes colorful again, displaying happiness.

Persuasive Techniques

• One of the persuasive techniques that is included in out advert is emotion. This is because we are showing how eating skittles will dramatically improve their lives. So by not eating skittles, it is like saying life will be bad.

Aims and Objectives

• The main aim and objective of this advertisement campaign is to promote skittles. It appeals to a variety of audiences and therefore encourages people to buy them or to try them for the first time.

Legal and ethical

• Wrigley company currently produces and markets skittles.

• The child protection act will have to be followed because we are using a child under the age of 16. This will mean they can only be filmed for 4 hours a day.

• The songs that we are going to use in the advertisement must not be copyrighted and we need the correct license to use the music.
