Printing labels for your Accepted Paintings

Go to www.artcall.org. Click “Login” from the home page.

Enter your login email and password for your ArtCall account

Click “No thanks” on this popup window that comes after you log in.

Click “View Call Site” for the Exhibition you need labels for

The specific Call site will open for the Exhibition. Click “Login” from the landing page here (you will have to login again)

Fill in email address and password (again). Then click “login” at the bottom.

Your “My Submissions” page will come up. Those paintings that have been accepted will have a Green background bar. (Those that have not been accepted will have pink bar.) One at a time, choose the painting that you want to print a label for, and click “Print Label”

Your labels and painting ID # will come up and can be printed from your browser window. (Right click on your screen and click on “Print”) Instructions for attaching the labels are included.

NOTE: • The top label is your “Submission Back

Label” that will be attached to the back of your accepted painting.

• The middle ID # will be attached to the

front of the painting for judging.

• The bottom label is your “Claim Ticket” for picking painting up after the Exhibition ends.

Attach your labels and drop off your painting to the exhibition at the specified date and time.

You’re done!
