DEEP WELL TURBINE PUMP
Application:
These pumps are suitable for water supply schemes, Irrigation schemes, lowering of ground water level and dewatering of mines and construction sites. Deep well turbine pumps particularly suitable for barrow bore holes. Minimum bore sizes hole sizes range form 200mm to 675mm.

Design:-
Main pump components are the pump bowl Assembly , column and shaft assembly, and the
discharge head assembly. Single or multistage radically split, interchangeable intermediate bowls.
Interchangeable lengths of the column assembly and variable setting depth.
Wet Pit Installation
In normal operation, the pump body is submerged and suspended in the fluid pumped,
supported by the discharge head.
Dry Pit Installation:-
The pump can also be installed in dry pits. For this purpose a foot cum elbow are fitted in the
suction pipe, thus enabling the pump to be connected to the source. An adapter piece is also
provided to cater for the possibility of expansion in the axial direction, when the temperature
fluctuates.
Drives:-
DWT pumps are driven either by the vertical hollow/solid shaft electric motor or a diesel (IC)
engine. If an IC engine is used as a drive the drive transmission can be affected via bevel gears. A
torsion ally flexible card an shaft is fitted as a coupling in this case.

Multistage submersible borehole pumps made of stainless
steel and plastics for well diameters as from 100 mm (4 inch)
available with single-phase a.c. and three-phase current
motors with short cable. Applications: domestic water supply

Single or multistage, single entry centrifugal pumps of ring section type with radial or mixed flow
impellers. Radial impellers are with renewable/integral diffusers and mixed flow impellers with
stage bowl. The plain bearings are water lubricated. Suction strainer fitted on suction casing
prevents ingress of coarse impurities. Higher stage pumps are fitted with intermediate bearing.
The axial thrust is balanced by thrust bearing in the motor.

This 6" submersible motors has been designed and produced
according to the market requirement. In design and material
selection all efforts have been made to offer a product to our
customers which stand for reliability, excellent quality, long and
trouble free life. 6" submersible motors are asynchronous three
phase, with squirrel cage and wet type rewind able stator.
Technical specification
Winding: made of pure electrolytic copper wire sheeted with a
non-hygroscopic PVC, very strong for high temperature.
Stator: with low-loss magnetic sheet, fixed into a casing
stainless made.
Rotor: only with copper bars.
All rotors are dynamically balanced for smooth and vibration
free operation.
Shaft: AISI 420 stainless steel made, is oversized designed
to assure stiffness.
Shaft coupling: according to Nema Standard.
Shaft bearing: upper and lower double bronze bearings.

Little Introduction of An Alternator/Generator:-
In electricity generation, an electric generator is a device that converts mechanical energy to
electrical energy. The reverse conversion of electrical energy into mechanical energy is done by a
motor; motors and generators have many similarities. A generator forces electrons in the windings
to flow through the external electrical circuit. It is somewhat analogous to a water pump, which
creates a flow of water but does not create the water inside. The source of mechanical energy may
be a reciprocating or turbine steam engine, water falling through a turbine or waterwheel, an
internal combustion engine, a wind turbine, a hand crank, compressed air or any other source of
mechanical energy.

ATS/MCU
01: Diesel Generator Control System:-
The DEEPSEA 5110 control system is used to automatically start and stop the generator via remote control
signal, configurable three position includes manual, auto and stop .
Stop: stop generator/failure
Manual: only green manual button to start generator
Auto/remote control: Under working conditions when it is energized, automatically start generator if receiving
remote control
Microprocessor Control: The module features 16-bit microprocessor control and a comprehensive list of
timers and pre-configured sequences. This allows demanding specifications to be achieved. Configurable
expansion facilities are also provided.
02: The DEEPSEA 5220 control system is a low cost generator controller equipped with Auto start/stop
functions, protections, alarms and annunciation etc,monitoring and protections include: running, over speed,
high water temperature, low oil pressure, over crand, emergency stop, and low battery.
All outputs function executed by a set of traditional relays which make it possible to support heavvy power
handing capability, it designed to control engine by a key switch. Users only needs to switch the key to the
manual position then the system will carry out whole function according to your setting. Besides, the
DEEPSEA5220 control system applied with a high security continental terminal connector that provide easy
plug-in and removal.
SEC series Automatic Transfer Switches are an integral part of the power generation process,
allowing smooth and immediate transfer of electrical current between multiple sources and the load. When
the generator is operating, the transfer switch prevents dangerous feedback of current to the utility's
system. It also ensures that different sources are fully synchronized before their power is combined or loads
are transferred, which is imperative of safe operation.
The transfer switch senses when utility power is interrupted, and starts up the generator if the
utility power remains absent. In about five to ten seconds, when the generator is producing full power, the
transfer switch disconnects the load from the utility and connects it to the generator, restoring electricity to
the load. The transfer switch continues to monitor utility power, and when it is restored, switches the load
from the generator back to the utility. Once the generator is disconnected, it goes through a cool-down
routine and is automatically shut down. ATS size is availble from 30 to 3200Amp.
Choosing the right ATS for the generator set,Generator Set Current: = Genset KVA*1000/Voltage/1.732 ATS Size sould be 120% of the generator set current
ATS Cuts Over System Features:
For emergency power usage in building. Auto transfer switch (ATS) is essential ATS can auto transfer load
from mains power supplying to emergency power
When the main power supplying failure or voltage drop below 80% of normal voltage, ATS will auto start
emergency generator set after a preset
Time of 0-10sec(adjustable according to the users). Once generator reach reach at rated speed, the ATS will
transfer the load to emergency generator sets automatically.
The ATS has large variety current as well as load transform is feasible(20-2500A)

Generator Parallel Connection:-
Paralleling conditions:

-Generator sets should be equipped with electrical governor system -Incoming generator phase
sequence must be same as main power -Voltage difference is in the limit between generator and
main power -Frequency difference is in the limit between generator and main power -Frequency
difference is in the limit between generator and main power -Phase angle difference is in the
limit between generator and main power
1. Better reliability and continuity of electrical power: The paralleling of generator sets
enhances system performance because they can stand much more load than one genset
do.
1. Convenient maintenance and service: With generator sets operated in paralleling system, servicing
generator sets will not interrupt emergency power to critical system.
