§ Once initial month is completed, the Nutritional Director helps the customer place a 2nd Retail Order or enroll them as an Associate.

n Create a consultation room where staff can show Isagenix videos, answer questions and complete enrollment.
n Generate customer interest with: § Before/After photos § Video loops playing in the main waiting room § Weight Loss posters in traffic areas § Product display and marketing collateral in main waiting area – Ex. “Reasons to Cleanse” brochure, IsaBody Challenge® Newspaper, “Your Guide to Healthy Living” catalog

n Have customer complete the Nutritional Questionnaire and/or the Telomere Health Questionnaire
n Discuss customer goals and answer health questions
n Suggest Isagenix products/systems with the Isagenix Recommendation Form
n Have customer purchase their 1st month of Isagenix at Retail Pricing and utilize the Tracking Your Progress form. § Record their weight loss and take photos to build your database of testimonials.

days after the start of their program to answer any questions and coach for success.
n After their initial month, show your customer how they can get their products at wholesale pricing by enrolling them as an Associate. Try to convert customers to Associates within 1-3 months. § When opening their account with Isagenix, remind them that Autoship Rewards offers the best pricing on the programs.
