This book is a register of what was experienced at Villa Fagerheim in january of 2014. Currently the villa is part of the Nordic Arts Center, although it is not being used at the moment.

Villa Fagerheim, designed by Peter Ristesund, was built between 1968 and 1970. Located in Dale i Sunnfjord, it was comissioned by Odleif Fagerheim to be a boarding school.It never was used as an actual school, being converted into a villa for Fagerheim and his wife soon after completion.There are two separate wings, the smaller east wing that was turned into an apartment, and the west wing, that contains the elements of the school.

Some time after Fagerheim moved out of the villa it was agreed to transform the villa the Nordic Arts Center of Nor-way. A workshop, studios and cabins were then built in the plot that belonged to Fagerheim.

There is an interest in expanding the art center, and one of the possibilities is to use the villa itself somehow. Due to its age and state of conservation, reports about the actual state of the villa were written. There is no consensus of what to do with the actual building.

As of 27 of February of 2014, this booklet is not yet finished, with some other thoughts and drawings to be added later.
