Reduction in registration errors: Decrease in error reports and complaints. Increase in revenue

BEFORE

Walking the Gamba it was found that no steps were taken in finding the correct phone number.

Wait until the morning of to find missing order

Current state

Starts with scheduler – who calls patient. Scheduler checks status of phone number and if no phone number on schedule, scheduler will add.

Registration now uses program to pull orders and places with all paper work. Packet complete.
