• CAallows the participants to determine the detailedadministrativeand management provisions necessary to carryouttheir project.Within this agreement,parties alsooutlinethe rights and responsibilities of each member of theconsortium concerning intellectual property.Thisagreementcannot contradict or negate the provisions established by theGrantAgreementor the Rulesfor Participation.
