• Dosing device is fully automatic & Proven; Variation in frequency of power supplied, Machine speed, Machine stops etc is taken care by PLC and specially developed software.

• Provision of extra quantity dosing for initial bath correction

•There is no need to check or measure the dosed liquor quantity after installation.

•The pumps can not affect the performance of dosing system.

•Only rotating parts are two pneumatically operated actuator valves. Working of said valve is constantly observed by an electronic device.

•Requires minimal maintenance and supervision
