safety & security at school, while engaging them in activities that help them create a culture of safety on their campuses

In-School TIPS

• Arson • Bullying

• Cyber Safety • Drugs & Alcohol

• Instigator • Potential Suicides

• Theft • Truancy

IF ARREST IS MADE you will receive up to $2500 CASH REWARD

OUT-OF-School TIPS

• ANIMAL ABUSE • Auto Theft

• Child Neglect • Drunk Driving

• Domestic Violence • Fraud

• Gang Activity • Human Trafficking

• Narcotics • Sexual Assault

• Shootings • Suspicious Activity

Bullying means “any written, verbal, or physical act, or any electronic communication, that is intended or that a reasonable person would know is likely to harm one or more students either directly or indirectly” Prosecutors use existing laws to prosecute

individuals suspected of cyberbullying

Assault or threat to do harm (is a felony)

Bullying (you can be sued in court)

Felony (NO college or career funding)

2 Ways to Make an Anonymous Tip:

OR CALL 1-800-SPEAKUP

1. Your call or email is collected in Texas and is scrambled

2. Operator takes information and gives you a tip number (keep that number)

3. Information is sent to us and we send information to the school

4. Your school will validate whether tip was actionable or not

5. You will be instructed on how to check your reward status

6. If actionable, you will instructed on how to collect your reward
