Our31stWinterFolkHarpFestival!Joinusforanotherwonderfulweekendofharpmusic,workshops,andfunwithyourfavoriteharpfriendsatthebeautifulSeabeckConferenceCenterontheKitsapPeninsula.Who can attend?
