As Movement Control Order (MCO) has been extended to 14 Apri l 2020, the
implementation of PSM 1 & PSM 2 shal l fol low the new UTeM’s academic
calendar as shown at Table 1.

REMARKS (as EAC latest guidelines -30/3/2020):
1- Bagi projek-projek yang terpaksa dilaksanakan secara kaedah
hardware kerana peratus kerja yang telah signif icant, maka projek-
projek ini boleh diteruskan tetapi pelajar mungkin terpaksa berstatus
Tidak Selesai kerana projek mungkin akan menjangkau tarikhtamat
semester. Pelajar akan diberikan masa semasa semester khas untuk
menyiapkan projek.
2.Projek yang masih diperingkat awal pelaksanaan amat digalakkan
untuk diubah ke bentuk simulasi komputer.

REMARKS (as EAC latest guidelines – 30/3/2020):
1.IDP masih perlu mengambil kira elemen complex engineering problems dan rekabentuksistem, komponen ataupun proses melalui integrasi pengetahuan umum atas keperluanyang spesifik. Penilaian kerja berpasukan masih perlu dibuat termasuk complex engineering activities characteristics.
2.Skop projek dianggap selesai dengan penghasilan prototaip rekabentuk termasuksimulasi komputer dan pembentangan penyelesaian masalah rekabentuk kritikal (critical design problem solving). Untuk kali ini tidak perlu ada hard-prototype.
ACTION PLAN PRB
1. Detailed design of the product (example: CAD drawing etc.) are required.
2. The design workability such as mechanical movement etc can be displayed using
simulation software.
3. Physical prototype can be added using scale down prototype, including paper model,
plastic model, or 3d print model etc.

REMARKS
1- A new Standard Operating Procedure for using Lab/Worksyop is applied to;
a- students (UG and PG).
b- Research Assistant (RAs).
d- Lecturers.
e- Assistant Engineer (PJs).
2- All Laboratories and Worksyop can be booked thru on-line system at FKP web-site.
3- Please kindly book the lab/worksyop before you go for health screening.
